Oh so very tired.

Today is thursday, yesterday was wednesday and tommorow is friday.

So, yesterday, some rescuiing was in order, i had my whole day planned out, i was out of bed, i had had my breakfast and i was just about to walk out the door and go to the gym (no, really i was) when i got a call from bee, she was so unhappy, really sad, crying, everything is going crap for her, her cat died, she's broken up with her boyfriend, shes having to move house again, she has no money and al her friends seem to be abandoning her, either that or bitching about her. She is just as fragile as the next person, she just hides it well. People are let down by friends all the time, and yes i might not see her too often, but that is changing, but whenever i do see her shes kind, and generous, well meaning and so supportive, she is in fact normaly the first person on the scene whenever i am upset, she is one of my best friends, and i hope that never changes.

So she came over to mine and we drank tea, and she cried a little and i gve her hattie hugs. I decided some therapeutic shopping was in order, so we embarked on a girly day, which turned out to be a day in debenhams and their mega day sale, 32.5% off, and yes, we triend on dresses, big fluffy dresses, and i bought two, because they are so pretty, well i do have two weddings to go too next year, also my xmas bash and theirs my birthday too, lets not forget that !!!! We bought slippers nd gloves and irons and ironing boards, also a wireless xbox 360 controller, we had such a fun day, but to be honest, neither of us are girly girls so we stopped after a couple of hours and decided tea was in order, so that is what i did yesterday, james came over at 17.20 and promptly left at 17.22, bye then, then came back at nine after the footie and his awards ceremony, promptly stating that he was too tired to poon tang me, so i poon tanged him, i humped him hard and he still didn't come, but never mind, after all ITS ALL ABOUT ME!!!

Which brings us to today, longday, mentoring in the AM, but of a crappy day, bit dull, the only slightly interesting thing was my patient went asystole everytime i touched him or his pacing box, yey!!!! NICE, and they wanted to remove his pacing box, its just lucky he had some capture otherwaise my fresh colleague would have had first hand experience in resucitation, excitement, no everything was fine. Is it wrong that i wish to have busier patients, which generaly means more poorly sick, ventilated patients, i suppose so, its nice seeing them recover though, and move on to greener pastures, hopefully those greener ptures still reside on this planet and not up in the stars with our lord and maker!!and now i am home, off to bed soon, need an early night as once again i am working tomorrow.

AND TOMORROW IS FRIDAY.

Who knows what friday will bring, but maybe i will hear about kates baby being born nearly three weeks late, i do hope she and the baby are ok.
